Eventland Cancellation and Refund Policy

Eventland (“we,” “us,” or “our”) understands that plans can change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a cancellation and potential refund for tickets purchased through our platform (the “Platforms”).

1. Cancellations by Event Organizers:

  • In the unfortunate event that an event organizer cancels an event, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the following options:
    • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund for the face value of your ticket(s) and any applicable fees. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for purchase.

2. Cancellations by You:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event. However, due to agreements with event organizers, refunds for tickets purchased through Eventland are generally not available.

3. How to Request a Cancellation and Refund:

  • To request a cancellation and refund, please contact Eventland customer support by emailing us at eventland007@gmail.com within 7 days of the event date.
  • Be sure to include your order number, the name of the event, and the reason for your cancellation request.
  • If requesting a refund due to a medical emergency, please include relevant documentation.

4. Processing Time:

  • We will process your cancellation and refund request within 10 business days of receiving your email.
  • If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be processed according to the original payment method used. Please allow additional processing time by your bank or financial institution.

5. Important Note:

  • Event organizers may have their own cancellation and refund policies that supersede this policy. We encourage you to review the event organizer’s policy on the event page before purchasing tickets.

We appreciate your understanding and recommend purchasing tickets well in advance to reduce the risk of unforeseen circumstances.
